- Delivery £1.50 Within 2-Mile. Additional £1 for every 1 Mile Travelled. We can go as far as 5 miles, call us for more information.

- Each customer holds an unique number such 123 or 1234. When you place a delivery order let us know your ID before or after you ordered your meals. To save time and avoid repeated details.
Terms and Information
General
To keep the delivery waiting times as short as possible, we can only improve the speed in the kitchen and NOT on the roads. We are committed to the safety of our drivers and other drivers on the road, therefore at peak times please ensure to book early to avoid disappointment.
Home Delivery Distance
We can go up to 5 miles, depending on the route to your location. If there are narrow routes, difficult to find your house then we cannot deliver due to time loss. If distance further than 5 miles you would need to book a delivery slot. Your delivery may take longer than an hour or 2 hours to process and deliver. Your delivery may take even more longer as we have the rights to deliver to nearby places first.
Placing an Order
Upon placing your order we do tend to repeat the order once or twice to make sure you have ordered the correct items.
If, by any chance you did not receive the item which you mention during the call. You will be responsible for the item to be delivered to your house at your own cost plus the item cost.
During the call you MUST clearly state your name, address and telephone number. Your phone number must be genuine, either a landline or mobile handset. We do NOT accept payphone numbers.
If any details missing or incorrect, your order WILL get delayed. Any incorrect information will result you to pay additional charges*
*Once delivery driver is out to to deliver your order, and the info that you provide to us is incorrect. We reserve the rights to add additional charges to the order. Please make sure you state your details clearly and correctly to avoid charges.
Delivery ID
Each customer place a delivery order with us will receive an unique 3 digit or 4 digit number. The ID number will contain your name, address and phone number. All information are kept secure, no third parties are allowed to view your personal data unless you mention to us.
Delivery Time
You will be provided an estimate time for your delivery order. Please make sure you are at home to pick up your order. Once your order has left the shop, it is down to our driver.
Delivery Charges
We charge at least £1.50 per delivery order, if there 3 orders going to the same place it will be count as 1 delivery. Full delivery costs are available to view online.
Delivery Payment
We accept cash on deliveries.
NOTICE: Cheque Payment
We no longer accept cheques on deliveries due to a high volume of returned cheques from our bank. Registered on our database will be allowed to use the cheque payment.
Delivery Order Address Label*
The label contain the customer’s details, and the cost of the order.
*The price you see on the label, the price you pay to the delivery driver. All prices are final once it dispatch from our takeaway. Customer must pay in full amount to receive their order. If you have any questions please do contact us by 01209 213843.

Please select the correct area you live. Incorrect information will result your order be delayed or cancelled. If you select the wrong area we have the rights to adjust the price without prior notice.

You will only receive freebies if your order’s subtotal has exceed £20. Please see below:
Over £20 —– Free fortune cookies/rolls or prawn crackers.
Call Logs Monitoring
We check our call logs every 10 minutes, and your number will be stored until the next day. Numbers will not be displayed to any third-parties unless you mention.
Refunds
Refunds are only returned if food has not been eaten/touched. Any eaten food will not be refunded. If food is eaten, we will give you a certain percentage of the dish value.
Last Orders
Last orders must be before 9.45pm subject to areas. If you live outer skirts of Redruth we reserves the right not to deliver that area. If you live 3 miles or more it is better to call before 9.00pm.
Frequently Answered Questions
- How long do I have to wait for my meal to arrive?
Usually it takes 15-45 minutes to arrive. During busy nights 45 minutes to 2 hours. - I want my delivery order on time?
Order 1-2 hour(s) before your specified time, and you should get your order no later than 20 minutes. (Once it leave the premises, it is all down to our delivery drivers. We will not be liable if it’s delayed or any reasons.) - I ordered the wrong dish, can you come back and exchange it for me?
Yes. But however you would need to pay the delivery charge again and return the dish back to us. Or you can keep the dish and remember to order the correct one next time. - I received the wrong dish, can you send me the correct one?
We do make sure all items in the bags are 100% correct before it leaves from the takeaway. If one item is incorrect we will send our delivery guy to you for FREE and you would need to give us the incorrect dish back. Delivery driver would need to see the dish before giving you the correct dish to examine.
You must report the wrong dish on the actual day you order or within 48 hours. After this time we cannot guarantee to refund or replace your missing dish.
- I didn’t get my dish, can you deliver it to me?
We do make sure all items in the bags are 100% correct before it leaves from the takeaway. If an item is not in your bag, we have a few options for you to select:- Re-deliver a new fresh dish to your place (FREE DELIVERY)
- Leave until next time, credit will be taken noted under your account
- Collect it yourself and receive either Prawn Crackers/Mini Vegetable Spring Rolls for FREE
You must report the missing dish on the actual day you order or within 48 hours. After this time we cannot guarantee to refund or replace your missing dish.
- How do I get one of those delivery ID cards?
During the call you would need to give us your details and you’ll be assigned a 3 or 4 digit numbers. Upon delivery our delivery driver will pass onto the card to you. Keep it safe, and don’t forget your ID number. - What if I lost my card, forgot my number?
Don’t worry. Tell us your details and we’ll let you know, a new card will be sent to you. - Can you place a menu with my order?
Absolutely. Just ask our counter assistant and they will be happy to do that for you. - Do you provide updates via SMS?
Yes. If we have your mobile number, we will send a SMS to you if your order has been delayed/postponed/item changed/item out of stock. - Do you accept cards?
No. We are hoping to have the card facility up very soon. - Do you accept cheques?
Yes, provided you are registered on our database. Only cash for home deliveries. - What do you mean by “within 45 minutes”?
Your order will be delivered within that time period. - I have been waiting for over an hour now, and you said 45 minutes.
During busy weekends we do try our best to deliver your meal as quickly as possible. If we said 45 mins, wait another 15 mins before calling us. - Any discount since you deliver late?
It really depends where is your location, and the total value of your order. This will be decided by the Manager.
