We are pleased to offer you a new way to view our menu, which features all our current dishes cooked with the finest ingredients. This web site has been created to further enhance our customer service and is an addition to our existing menu and telephone orders. Because we presently do not accept any orders online, we still ask you to call in and let our counter assistant know your order. Hong Sing is a well known Chinese Takeaway in Redruth, if you want to taste delicious meals come to our place now!

New Hong Sing aka Hong Sing is situated in Redruth at the top of the town. The takeaway is a friendly family-run business and has been opened since 1980s. The Executive Chef, who is also the owner has gained more than 25 years of experience working in takeaways and restaurants in UK. Additionally our sous chef has gained more than 7 years experience.

Meals
All meals are freshly made by our chefs, we cook our meals perfect for you. If you do not wish have an ingredient in your meal due allergy please tell us via phone or in person. We use high quality food and making sure that all of our ingredients are GM free. All of our meals cooked by vegetable oil, we do not use olive oil, corn oil, sunflower oil and so fourth.

Menu
All meals are located in our menu section if you see a dish that is listed on our site not on the menu that you took from our takeaway, that means the menu is out of date. You would need to come in and ask for a new one, menus are updated once a year due to price increase and added dishes.
